How quickly can you begin my project?
Typically, we schedule and begin new projects within two weeks after contracts are signed.
Will I have dedicated hours on your team’s schedule?
Yes! We schedule your project in blocks of 25 hours according to your project timeline and budget. Each block equals about a week of work.
I don’t understand your hourly pricing. Can you explain?
We charge $160/hour for our work and invoice you in blocks of 25 hours. Hourly pricing gives you ultimate flexibility and control over the project budget and timeline. You can add hours or reduce them at any time during your project.
What’s the difference between Growth and Steady Paces?
With either pace, you generally receive the same development services. However, with the Growth Pace, you receive priority scheduling, weekly progress reports, and regular consulting hours.
Who will be assigned to my project?
We’ll assign a Lead Developer and an Account Manager to your project. In addition, we assign multiple developers to each project according to the project’s needs and developer expertise.
Will I have a dedicated Project Manager?
Your dedicated Account Manager and dedicated Lead Developer keep your project on track together.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. We prefer short-term, hourly contracts. Our most extended contract is for one year of Site & Server Management services.
What if I need more hours?
If you need more hours, simply make a request, and we’ll get them invoiced and scheduled!
What about urgent requests or emergencies?
We don’t put out fires because we don’t create them 😉. However, for anything urgent, we respond within 4 hours (usually less) at the same hourly rate as your normal contract.
What if the scope of my project changes?
For ongoing design and development it’s not a problem if the scope changes. At any point, you can reduce the scope. You can expand it. You can change your mind.
How do you invoice?
We invoice bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly in advance in blocks of 25 hours according to your project timeline and budget. Each block equals about a week of dev work.
