What type of platforms do you maintain?

We maintain OroCommerce, Craft CMS, and Craft Commerce websites.

How much do your site and server maintenance services cost?

Site & Server Management costs are unique to each platform. For new Site & Server Management clients we offer 50% off the first year. Get access to our pricing details.

Does your site and server maintenance include major Craft updates?

Yes, the second year and ongoing we include major Craft updates in our Site & Server Management plans.

Is there a break in price if I have multiple sites I need to have maintained?

We’re happy to make unique arrangements based on the number of sites you need to maintain. Contact us to get a service quote.

What do you do to manage my website’s servers?

We assist you to choose a server and purchase it using your own account. Once purchased, we manage, deploy, and provision your website’s server.

What deployment tool do you use?

Our deployment tool is GitHub Actions. We watch deployments and manage their quality.

Do I need to purchase my own SSL certificate?

No. When you allow us to route all website traffic through your Cloudflare account you won’t need to purchase an additional SSL certificate. Additionally, using Cloudflare gives your site important protections and allows for improved site performance.

What do you do to monitor my website?

We monitor our websites using Oh Dear! and we monitor logs with Sematext or Better Stack’s Telemetry. Craft also has a queue that processes back-end jobs which we check routinely.

Does your Site & Server Management plan include reporting and updates?

Yes! The lead developer assigned to your account reports on your site’s status weekly to your account manager and our head of engineering. Any critical updates are done right away and checks for non-essential updates are done monthly.

Does your Site & Server Management plan include testing?

Yes! We run end-to-end (i.e., integration) tests to check essential features on the front end of your website. We test synthetic transactions on staging.

Can you add me to alerts for my website?

Yes, if you prefer, we can add you to any alerts.

Are backups of my website included in your Site & Server Management plan?

Yes, our default is to create backups three times daily and we store your website’s backups for 14 days; however, we can store or archive them according to your comfort level.

What happens if my site goes down or if it’s slow?

We’re the single point of contact if the site ever goes down or becomes slow or sluggish. We respond to urgent situations immediately.

How soon can I sign up for Site & Server Management services?

You can sign up at any time. Once contracts are signed we can begin services within two weeks.
